Meet the team...

Steve Sylvester

Steve Sylvester is a hometown graduate of Moeller High School where he learned that discipline and hard work will get you everywhere! It got Steve a football scholarship to the University of Notre Dame where he helped the fighting Irish win a National Championship in 1973. Steve stayed focused on academics and earned a bachelor's degree in both Economics and Secondary Education. He went on to play football for the Oakland Raiders, helping to earn World Championship titles in 1976, 1980 and 1983. Steve began selling real estate during his NFL off season and, at the close of his football career, Steve started selling homes full-time. Since then, his successes have grown and he has been the recipient of numerous awards for sales excellence and superior client service including the prestigious Circle of Excellence award from the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors every year since 1985. Steve believes the true test of success can be seen in the satisfaction of customers, the testimonials and referrals from clients, friends and family. Steve and his wife Laurie reside in Montgomery where they raised 3 daughters and enjoy visits from their 6 grandchildren.

Micha Gleisinger

Market knowledge and accessibility are integral to achieving a client's goals in a dynamic real estate market. So, after years of developing the strong foundation needed to lead a successful team, Micha became a full partner in the business. Her role on the team is one of an experienced, available, client resource...a leader in the business. As such, Micha is actively involved in all aspects of our seller strategies including marketing, pricing, negotiation, and communication. She also spearheads our buyer representation program and assists with new construction opportunities. Micha is a Cincinnati native and graduated from Ohio University with a degree in Business Administration. She, her husband, and daughter live in Blue Ash.

Dori Gehling

Combining years of market experience with a love of fresh ideas and all things techy, Dori brings a good balance of analytical and creative thinking to our team. She has won numerous awards for real estate sales production and service excellence. Dori uses that expertise to help gide our clients on the way to a successful closing. She also is celebrating over 30 years representing sellers and buyers in the tri-state real estate market. Dori is a native Cincinnatian and attended Mercer University in Macon, Georgia. She and her husband Rich live in Sycamore Township.

Jenny White

Specializing in customer service for over 30 years, Jenny's love for helping others is a perfect fit for our team. She assists our seller clients with the listing process, creates the monthly newsletter and is responsible for handling any singular details needed to fulfill a client's unique needs. Jenny also heads up our client staging and market prep service - working with each of our sellers to help minimize market time and maximize sale price. Of course, Jenny also assists the team by representing buyers and sellers. She is a life-long resident of Cincinnati and she and her husband are parents of three active daughters.
